1. Who these terms are with

hmghotels.ca is operated by HMG Hotels, the Canadian office of HORECA Management Group, at 2201 Bristol Circle, Oakville, ON L6H 0J8, Canada. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

2. What this site is, and is not

This site describes services we offer. It is published for general information.

It is not advice. Nothing here is investment, financial, legal, tax, accounting, engineering, architectural or construction advice, and nothing here should be relied on in place of advice given to you, for your project, by a qualified professional retained by you. Figures, durations, costs and returns mentioned on this site are illustrative and drawn from past experience; they are not forecasts of what your project will achieve.

It is not an offer. Nothing on this site is an offer or a solicitation to buy, sell or invest in anything, or an offer to provide services. A professional relationship arises only under a signed written engagement setting out scope, fees and responsibilities.

3. Accuracy

We take care to keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free. Market conditions, construction costs, regulations and approval timelines change, and pages are not updated the moment they do.

4. Our track record

The projects shown on this site were delivered by HORECA Management Group, mostly in Georgia, in scopes that varied by project — some from feasibility through to operation, others joined at development or pre-opening. The office opened in 2025. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim that these particular projects were delivered in Canada, or as a guarantee that any future project will perform similarly.

5. Professional roles

We are not architects, professional engineers, licensed contractors, realtors, lawyers, accountants or securities dealers, and we do not hold ourselves out as any of them. Work reserved to those professions is carried out by appropriately licensed practitioners engaged for the project, and we work alongside them.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, layout, photographs and the HMG marks, is owned by HORECA Management Group or used under licence. You may read, print and share pages for your own non-commercial purposes. You may not republish, sell or use the content commercially, or present it as your own, without our written permission.

7. Links to other sites

Where we link to another site, we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

8. Your submissions

When you send us information through the contact form, you confirm that you are entitled to share it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or confidentiality obligations. Please do not send confidential or privileged material through the form before we have a confidentiality agreement in place — write and ask, and we will put one in place.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Rights you have as a consumer under applicable Canadian consumer protection legislation are not affected.

10. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

11. Privacy

How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in it. The courts of Ontario have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your own province.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date shown at the top.
